Under the motto “Bursa Grows, Türkiye Grows”, we are taking the strength of our city—Türkiye’s industrial powerhouse—in the die-mold, modelling and casting industries to the global stage through the Bursa TMC Cluster.

The die-mold, modelling and casting industry Development of International Competitiveness (UR-GE) Project, focuses on this critical sector, which is a key supplier to automotive, defense and aerospace, energy, white goods, and construction industries. This initiative fosters pre-competitive collaboration, helping stakeholders reach common goals more efficiently.

The project aims to; align internal company structures with export strategies, enhance human resource capabilities focused on
international trade, prepare companies withsystematic foreign trade and market research competencies and support sustainable
growth in exports to targeted international markets.

Mission

To enhance the global competitiveness of 47 member companies in the die-mold, modelling, and casting sectors by leveraging the strategic benefits of clustering—empowering their brands to gain international recognition and preference.

Vision

To foster sustainable collaboration and constructive competition among cluster members within the framework of the UR-GE project, with the aim of strengthening the sector’s international presence by developing strategic initiatives, defining a common roadmap, and establishing actionable implementation mechanisms.
